   The artists Cheryl and Joy Elin-Smith have been a mother daughter team who worked creating crystal, silver gemstone necklaces and matching earrings.
 
   Specializing in pearls, crystals, cloisonné, silver, semi-precious beads such as Amethyst, Amber, including silver and gold-filled chain. The designs are solid and timeless.
 
   Cheryl has a degree in Art Education, and specialized in printmaking. She minored in dance; no doubt due to the influence of Joy her mother, who was involved in the dance field. Joy was a life member of the Royal Academy of Dance, and examiner for the National and introduced English ballroom dancing to this country.
 
   Cheryl made clay pins for fun, and then started an interest in making her own beads. She began buying beads for a greater variety. Joy watched her daughter with interest and finally decided she wanted to try her own hand at the work. People liked the designs so much; the next logical step was to sell them. That’s how Magical Beads came about. And now today you are visiting our second website, MagicGalleries.
